Returns & Exchanges Every scent is a journey, meant to be cherished. However, if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns within 7 days of delivery—provided the item is unopened and in its original condition.
If the return is due to an error on our part—such as an incorrect or defective item—we will gladly cover the return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, we will carefully process it within 7 business days, ensuring everything is handled with care and attention.
